You can Register:
If you are:
-A Filipino Citizen;
-At least 18 years old on or before the day of the elections you intend to participate in;
-A resident of the Philippines for atleast one year; and
-A resident of the city or municipality where you intend to cast your vote atleast 6 months on or before election day; and
-Not otherwise disqualified by law

Procedure for New Applicant
Requirement:
Bring with you any of the following identification documents that bears your photograp, address and signature.
- Current Employee’s ID with signature of the employer
- Student’s ID or Library Card
- Postal ID
- Senior Citizen’s ID
- Driver’s License
- NBI or PNP clearance
- Passport
- SSS or GSIS ID
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
- License issued by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC)
Step 1 – Visit the office of the of the Election Officer (EO) in the City/Municipality where you reside and bring with you atleast one (1) valid ID.
Step 2 – Fill-up two copies of the prescribed application form legibly, correctly and completely, then submit it to the EO for your application form number assignment.
Step 3 – Proceed to the DCM workstation for your demographic (text data) and biometric (digital photograph, signature and finger print) data capturing.
Step 4 – Return to the EO to take the Oath and receive your Acknowledgement Receipt.
Notice of approval or disapproval of application for registration will be pested in the EO’s Bulletin Board after the Election Registration Board (ERB) hearing.
