Last day to urnish every registered voter with a Voter’s Information Sheet which contains the voter’s name, address, precint, place where he is registered and simplified instructions as to cansting of votes, an official sample balot and a list of all registerd national, provincial and city candidates to be voted for in the election (Sec. 1, RA 7904).
